User Profiles:

• Users have the ability to create multiple vehicle profiles, complete with the option to add photos in their virtual garage.
• Users can search for and enroll in events, gaining access to event forums and direct messaging. Additionally, users are able to withdraw from an event prior to check-in.
• Users can conveniently add joined events to their calendar to ensure they are promptly reminded of upcoming activities.
• Navigation to joined events is easily accessible directly through the application for user convenience.
• Trophy Cloud users benefit from in-app participant check-in, eliminating the need for traditional paper forms.
• Users have the capability to review their event history, detailing past attended events.
• Participants are given the opportunity to vote for up to three vehicles per classification if the organization has enabled the "Participant Judge" feature.

Organizations:

• Admin Judges, Judges, and Participants possess the option to delete their accounts with detailed instructions available in the FAQ section.
• Organizations can activate the “Participant Judge” feature, granting all participants the privilege to vote for three vehicles in each classification during a hosted event, including manually registered participants.
• Organizations have control over enabling or disabling forums within an event.
• During check-in, organizations can select which classifications participants compete in.
• Organizations hold the authority to choose between traditional judging with forms or a ‘Best in Show’ format by show participants through the "Participant Judge" feature. Dual judging mechanisms can be employed simultaneously within a single show event.
• Vehicle-Based Events creation by organizations allows for detailed input such as date and time, location details, event description, and available slots.
• Forums aid organizations in efficiently communicating essential information to event participants offering real-time dialogues.
• Registration open and close features are included for organizations, effectively curbing last-minute registrations that may disrupt proceedings.
• In-app participant check-in of Trophy Cloud users is available specifically for Vehicle-Based Events.
• Customized car show forms and points scales can be designed by organizations, or templates from Trophy Cloud can be utilized as per preference.
• The creation of customized vehicle classifications and multiple show forms with varying points scales and classifications for a single event is an organizational option. Each classification requires a separate show form. For instance, Cars and Bikes may have distinct show forms tailored to their respective points scales and classifications.
• Trophy Cloud users are extendable invitations to serve as Judges at events.
• All judging form submissions are evaluated systematically from highest score to lowest score per classification in the Dashboard.
• A comprehensive report is sent via email to the Event purchaser post-event completion.
• Please note that Trophy Cloud does not facilitate participant payments for Vehicle-Based Events at this current time.
